How to make an appointment:

I can offer appointments during the day, evenings and if available weekends.  You are welcome to e-mail or ring me to make an appointment, however I may have my phone switched off if I am working, so please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I can.

Each appointment / session last 50 minutes and our initial session is an opportunity for you to see if I can help you to achieve what you want from counselling, then we take it from there.

Each person will be treated equally, aiming to ensure that they are treated as unique individuals and will be seen regardless of age, gender, culture, disability, background or sexual orientation.
